You may know that we recently had twin boys; now with three kids ages three and under we are—as you can imagine—not sleeping much and quite literally have our hands full. In order to truly make the most of this precious infant phase and settle into life as a family of five, we have decided to take a true summer break to be together.
We are postponing meal delivery until a later date. In addition, we have already hit our maximum catering bookings for the summer so we are not taking on any new catering clients until at least October. (We are taking inquiries, however, so feel free to be in touch or share with others for events in late fall and winter!)
Serendipitously, this also coincides with some strategic planning work we are doing to focus our business to better serve the Berkshires.
There is nothing we love more than sharing the best food this region has to offer and we are eager to come back from summer break with not just the delicious creativity that we are known for, but also a stronger sense of our place in the local market.

Simeon is a creative and passionate chef with experience spanning over a decade. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has spent time in kitchens across the country.
When he's not behind the stove Simeon can be found hanging out at neighborhood farms or reading old cookbooks.
Natanya manages Folklore’s administrative details and is a willing taste tester. When not behind the computer, Natanya is caring for their energetic preschooler and infant twins! That or hiding in the bathroom reading a library book.
