CHICKEN RAMEN
Roasted chicken, chicken mousseline, chicken broth, house made ramen noodles (organic gluten free noodles available upon request), beet soaked medium boiled egg, squash
Ingredients: Chicken^, seaweed (Kombu)^, onion^, ginger+, garlic+, tamari, flour^, eggs^, squash^, beets^, heavy cream^

Heating instructions: Cook noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and strain. Set aside. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Heat broth, mousseline, chicken, and squash together in a pot.
