Polenta infused with beets, greens, and carrots and served with super slow cooked beef bolognese. Served with weekly inspired vegetable and Parmesan Reggiano.

Ingredients: Polenta meal^, veggie stock^+, beets^, carrots^, spinach^, extra virgin olive oil, beef^, onion^, celery^, tomato paste+, heavy cream^, herbs+, greens+, Parmesan Reggiano

Heating instructions: Heat bolognese in a pot on the stove. Add a dash of water or cream. Add greens to pot if they're braising greens. If greens are salad greens, set aside and toss with dressing just prior to serving. Heat polenta in baking dish in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes or so. Plate polenta, top with bolognese followed by greens.
