Marinated tofu and mushrooms, citrus vegetable dashi, homemade ramen noodles (organic gluten free noodles available upon request), squash, beet soaked medium boiled egg.

Ingredients: Tofu^+, mushroom, seaweed (Kombu)^, onion^, ginger+, garlic+, tamari, flour^, eggs^, squash^, beet^

Heating instructions: Cook noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and strain. Set aside. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Heat broth, tofu, mushroom, and squash together in a pot. In your serving bowl, add noodles, then broth and all the things, top with provided garnishes. Post a pretty picture! #folklorefoods
